Citizen's Charter
The 'Citizen's Charter' is being printed and published by Keezhattur Grama Panchayat in accordance with Section 272A of the Kerala Panchayat Raj Act, 1994. It aims to inform the public about the services available from the Panchayat and the various departments whose functions were devolved to local self-government institutions under the three-tier Panchayat Raj system (established via the 73rd and 74th Constitutional Amendments), as well as the timeframes for availing these services.
